Magister from the Universities of Girona and Paris 2-Panthéon Assas. Visiting Professor at the Universities of Oxford, Perugia, Salamanca and República Oriental del Uruguay. Researcher at the Institute of European Studies and Human Rights (UPSA). Co-chair of the IA Credentials Group of the Women4EthicalAI platform (UNESCO). Advisor to the Digital Band of ParlAmericas. Member of the expert group of the IA Office (EU Commission) for the creation of the “General Purpose Code of Practice on IA” of the IA Act and of the “Expert Group on Parliaments and Digital Policy” of the “Inter-Parliamentary Union” and the “United Nations Development Programme”.
